At FITTSteps Training Studio we offer a huge range of classes to suit all levels, ages and styles! Whether you are into dance, weights, boxing or not really into exercise at all, we have something for you!
I have always had a keen interest in sport and how the body works and after a couple of bad injuries and struggling with weight 16st at my biggest I decided to change and got into fitness. I then decided to make it my career and qualified as a physical therapist and am now currently studying for a bachelors degree in strength and conditioning.
I also offer Injury and Rehabilitation services at the studio.
I am a qualified Zumba fitness instructor. I fell in love with this program years ago. Zumba is "exercise in disguise". Anybody no matter what age or fitness level can enjoy an hour of dance, exercise and fun while burning calories, making you happy and giving you an escape from the everyday routine. I am also currently studying fitness and nutrition and will very soon be qualifies for more exciting classes. As a mother of three young kids I really understand how hard it is to find time for yourself but even more so how important it is to stay fit and healthy so our kids can follow our example.
